Oral health care is an important part of overall good health. Problems with teeth and gums if left untreated may cause serious complications. Seeing a dentist every six months for a check-up, cleaning even if you aren’t having problems is affordable at Care Resource. Our quality dentists provide exceptional care to everyone.
All patients can see one of our case managers and get assistance in applying for benefits, accessing their medication or support in finding community resources to meet their needs.
Name Change Clinic
In collaboration with our service partners, Care Resource hosts name change clinics on specific dates/times for transgender persons who are interested in legally changing their names to align with their gender identity.
