William “Bill” Mathisen, Board Member

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, William “Bill” Mathisen has proudly called Miami home since 1960. With over 30 years of experience in real estate and property management, he currently serves as Business Development Manager at KW Property Management & Consulting and is the Broker/Owner of WEMCO Realty Services.

He holds both a Florida Real Estate Broker License and a Community Association Manager License.

Bill’s career began as an associate at The Prudential Florida Realty and expanded into property management at Kendar Realty, covering both residential and commercial sectors. He earned a B.S. in Secondary Education from Auburn University, majoring in Speech Communication.

A dedicated community leader, Bill has served on several condominium association boards, the City of Miami Code Enforcement Board, and volunteered for over two decades with Care Resource’s White Party Fundraiser and served on the board of Health Crisis Network. He is also a recipient of the Ronald McDonald House’s Twelve Good Men Award and is a proud Eagle Scout.

In his free time, Bill enjoys sailing and cycling.
