Florida has approved updates to the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), bringing key improvements while highlighting ongoing gaps.


What Changed

  • Eligibility remains at 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
  • $75 million in funding approved (with carryover into next year)
  • Full formulary restored (including Biktarvy, pending Governor’s signature)
  • Oversight shifting to The Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA) for greater transparency
  • Prescription co-pay assistance continues
