Biography
Walter Coll Director of Building Operations at Care Resource, where he has built a distinguished career since joining the organization in 2015.
Starting as a Maintenance Assistant, his dedication and leadership quickly earned him a promotion to Supervisor, followed by roles as Facilities Manager and Building Operations Manager, culminating in his promotion to Director in 2025.
Walter brings over a decade of experience in facilities management, infrastructure planning, and building operations.
He is responsible for overseeing the safety, efficiency, and compliance of all Care Resource facilities, ensuring they support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.
Originally from Colombia, Walter is a licensed architect with a degree from Universidad del Atlántico.
He later earned an MBA with a concentration in Project Management and Construction from Everglades University in Florida and holds a U.S. Property Management Certification.
Known for his strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, Walter is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring world history, watching soccer, and discovering new culinary experiences.
