Little Havana Health Center Update
Updated Jan 25, 2025
We’re excited to announce that we will soon open a new, modern location in Little Havana to better serve you and our community!
Our health center, located at 1901 SW 1st Street, closed permanently on Friday, January 24, 2025.
During this transition to our new location, you can still count on us for the same great care at our Midtown Miami health center located at 3510 Biscayne Boulevard.
If you have questions about our relocation or need help making an appointment, we’re here to help. Please call us at 305-576-1234.
We are proud to be part of the Little Havana community and can’t wait to welcome you to your new state-of-the-art health center!
Sincerely,
Steven Santiago, MD
