Little Havana Health Center Update

We’re excited to announce that we will soon open a new, modern location in Little Havana to better serve you and our community!

Our health center, located at 1901 SW 1st Street, closed permanently on Friday, January 24, 2025.

During this transition to our new location, you can still count on us for the same great care at our Midtown Miami health center located at 3510 Biscayne Boulevard.

To better serve you during this transition, beginning January 27, 2025, we are extending our service hours at the Midtown Miami Health Center as:

Monday – Thursday 8 am – 7 pm
Friday 8 am – 5:15 pm

Medical
Monday – Wednesday 8 am – 7 pm
Thursday – Friday 8 am – 5:15 pm

Behavioral Health
Monday – Wednesday 8 am – 7 pm
Thursday – Friday 8 am – 5:15 pm

Case Management / Social Services
Monday – Wednesday 8 am – 7 pm
Thursday – Friday 8 am – 5:15 pm

STI / HIV & Wellness Testing
Monday – Wednesday 8 am – 6:15 pm
Thursday – Friday 8:15 am – 4:15 pm

HIV / HEP C Mobile Testing in Little Havana

For HIV and Hepatitis C testing and wellness services, we will offer mobile testing at two new Little Havana sites:

Hours: 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
