Biography
Nichole Roberts is the Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement. Under her realm, she oversees the development, management, implementation and sustainability of all quality assurance and improvement activities, compliance procedures and safety and risk management programs. Nichole has created the department vision, which is, “To be the center of excellence that propels Care Resource toward superior performance while cultivating exceptional care and services in the healthcare industry.”
Nichole has over 10 years of experience, which includes non-profit management, Joint Commission accreditation and regulatory compliance, risk management, case management, quality assurance, and performance improvement. She is passionate about the health care industry and takes pride in knowing that the Quality Assurance Services Department plays a major role in steering the health center to provide safe and quality care in alignment with strategic goals.
Nichole is of Jamaican descent and enjoys embracing the cultural diversity in South Florida. Born and raised in New York, Nichole Roberts completed her Master’s in Public Administration course work at Long Island University C.W. Post Campus and has a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
