Early detection is one of the most effective tools in the fight against breast cancer. Care Resource works with community partners to help increase access to mammography services and breast cancer screenings for patients throughout South Florida.

Why Mammograms Matter

Mammograms help detect breast cancer at its earliest stages, often before symptoms appear. Early detection can improve treatment options and outcomes.

Access to 3D Mammography

Through partnerships with mobile imaging providers, eligible patients may have access to 3D mammography technology, which can provide more detailed imaging and help healthcare providers identify abnormalities with greater accuracy.

Making Screenings More Accessible

Care Resource is committed to reducing barriers to preventive care. Mammography services may be available at little or no cost for eligible uninsured patients, and sliding fee scale programs may help reduce healthcare expenses for qualifying individuals.

Mobile Mammography Events

Mobile mammography services may be offered periodically at Care Resource locations. Patients should contact Care Resource directly or speak with their healthcare provider for current schedules and eligibility information.

Schedule a Screening

Make an appointment or talk with your provider about breast cancer screening recommendations and whether a mammogram is appropriate for you. Preventive screenings are an important part of maintaining long-term health and wellness.
