Biography
Dr. Maria Gutierrez has been a board-certified internal medicine physician in Florida since 2018.
After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, she obtained her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Florida in Jacksonville and subsequently stayed on as faculty.
Dr. Gutierrez is active in educating the community and has led grant-supported initiatives to increase HIV education, testing, and PrEP access. Besides her passion for teaching, she is committed to providing comprehensive, quality care and addressing the unique needs and barriers the unhoused/underserved members of our community face.
