As Hurricane Milton has passed, the safety of our staff, patients, and community remains our top priority. Care Resource and Food For Life Network will reopen with regular hours of operation on Friday, October 11, 2024.

While Florida Governor DeSantis declared a state of emergency for Hurricane Milton, we are grateful that the storm has moved on, and we are ready to resume our services.
Please be aware that, although the immediate threat has passed, South Florida may still experience lingering disruptions due to flooding or road closures.
If you require essential medications, please contact your pharmacy to ensure you have what you need.

- Medications & Documents: Ensure you have enough medication and important documents (insurance card, medical records, etc.).
- Emergency Contacts: Update your contact info and emergency contacts with us.
- Social Services: Contact your case manager or therapist for support with social services.
- Medical Emergencies: Seek immediate attention if necessary and inform your primary care physician.
- Office Closures: Call 305.576.1234 for updates on office hours during the storm.
- Supplies: Stock up on non-perishable food, water, batteries, and gas. Refill medications if needed.
- Financial Readiness: Have small bills and coins if card systems are down.
- Insurance: Review and update your insurance coverage if necessary.
