Biography
Scott Heichman is a family nurse practitioner. He graduated with honors at South University in Savannah, Georgia where he obtained his Masters of Science in Nursing; and then he received his certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2017. He is currently licensed to practice by the state of Florida. He joined Care Resource from a family practice in Aventura, Florida where he excelled in chronic care and caring for the geriatric population.
Scott also has over 15 years of experience as a registered nurse where he practiced in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Hawaii, and Florida. The majority of his experience as a nurse included: emergency medicine, trauma, behavioral health, wound care, diabetes, cardiovascular, respiratory, and infectious disease.
Scott loves living in South Florida and feels passionate about serving the community he cares for here at Care Resource.
