Santino Basile, LMHC, Clinical Counselor II (Broward)

Biography

Santino Basile received his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and is a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern.

Santino has experience serving the South Florida homeless community offering a wide range of mental health and advocating services. Born and raised in Broward county, Santino is dedicated to uplifting and empowering individuals in his local area that he has always called home.

Santino’s theoretical orientation draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. These approaches allow him to provide the highest level of therapeutic interventions to treat all populations. He believes the therapeutic bond between individual, and therapist is a “hand up, not a handout.”
