According to Ferder, “I am excited to be part of the Care Resource family where I can improve overall health in our community by providing committed, competent and compassionate care every day to South Florida’s children. I came from a family of physicians. In fact, my Mother, father and sister, and brother-in law are physicians as well. I have been practicing Pediatrics for 9 years. I went to medical school to help people and I believe it is important to build bonds with both patients and their families. I firmly believe in treating the WHOLE person and that patients receiving my care are not just a number.
