Biography
Matt Johnson serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Care Resource, where he is responsible for all facets of the organization’s financial management. In this strategic leadership role, he guides a team of skilled finance professionals specializing in accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and payroll administration in order to execute strategic growth priorities and enhance the organization’s impact within the community.
Matt has over 20 years of comprehensive financial management experience, having previously worked in finance strategy at global consulting firm Accenture for nearly a decade, and later in retail healthcare as a director at Walgreens. Throughout his journey, he has advised more than a dozen multinational corporations across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, insurance, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare, on financial systems, strategic planning, and budgeting and forecasting.
Matt graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned Bachelors and Masters degrees in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Corporate Strategy. He currently lives in Parkland with his wife, son, and daughter and enjoys golf, skiing, and completing DIY home remodeling projects.
