Biography
Madiona Aguilar-Gil, MBA, MSPM, PMP, LSSGB, ITIL
Madiona is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse academic and professional background. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNAPEC University and an MBA from Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). She also served as a faculty member at the prestigious Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) for two years.
Since 2007, she has been living in the United States, where she has successfully led numerous initiatives related to project planning and implementation, training and development, and marketing, both in on-site and virtual settings.
She has furthered her education in the U.S. by obtaining a Master of Science from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and achieving the coveted Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI Institute.
Madiona has collaborated with various reputable organizations, including Verizon, AT&T, Cisco, Citrix, Marriott International, IEM, and small-scale organizations, including non-profits. She has also mentored students from diverse backgrounds, including first-year students from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, whom she has tutored for the last few years.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is an avid traveler who loves interacting with locals and learning from other cultures.
