Biography

Luciana Carvalho brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as a board member of Care Resource Community Health Centers.

As the Founder and CEO of Carvalho Commercial Real Estate and Carvalho Luxury International Realty, Luciana is renowned for her strategic leadership and commitment to excellence in the real estate industry. With a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation, Luciana brings a wealth of expertise to her role, specializing in tenant representation for office, industrial, and retail uses. She has a proven track record of success, having helped Fortune 50, 100, and 500 companies relocate and expand their operations in South Florida.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Luciana is deeply involved in the community, serving in various leadership capacities with organizations dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering positive change. From 2020 to 2021, she served as a Gala Committee Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, where she played a pivotal role in fundraising efforts that raised over $1 million to support youth mentoring relationships.

Luciana’s dedication to education and empowerment is further demonstrated through her tenure as a Board Member and Chair of the Marketing and Public Relations Committee for PACE Center for Girls, Miami, from 2016 to 2020. During her appointment, she oversaw numerous projects aimed at providing opportunities for young women to build better futures through education and counseling.

As a member of the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2021, Luciana advocated for the advancement of the Greater Miami business community and played a key role in economic development initiatives. Her leadership extended to serving as Vice Chair of the International Relations Committee and the Real Estate Committee.

Luciana’s commitment to fostering international business relationships is evidenced by her membership in the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida from 2003 to 2018, where she co-chaired the Young Professionals Committee, creating strategic alliances and organizing events to benefit chamber members.

Additionally, Luciana has contributed her expertise to various initiatives, including serving on the Women’s Leadership Council Committee for Switchboard of Miami and participating in the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program, where her team’s project positively impacted Chapman Partnership’s homeless assistance centers.

Luciana’s dedication to professional development and community impact is further exemplified through her involvement with CoreNet Global’s South Florida Chapter, The Beacon Council’s Fashion and Lifestyle Initiative, and the “Extraordinary Women Leading Change” Leadership Conference Committee.
