Care Resource Offers No-Cost STI visits thru June 30, 2020
The COVID-19 pandemic has been accompanied by a sense of helplessness over our health. However, as we protect ourselves by adhering to social distancing and hygiene practices, it is also essential that we continue to prioritize our holistic health. We are empowered by the aspects of our health that we can influence, including our sexual health. Continuing to respond to issues surrounding our sexual health is essential, and individuals should consistently monitor and protect themselves during this time, striving for their maximum wellness.
Care Resource providers are still here during these challenging times, prioritizing your wellness and encouraging you to keep sexual health in focus.
Beginning in April and extending through June 30, 2020, new medical patients who are uninsured, and have tested positive for an STI may be eligible for a no-cost visit with a provider to address their needs. Those who are experiencing STI symptoms may also qualify with a medical referral from our Health Promotion Services Department.We look forward to seeing you soon.

Terms & Conditions: This promotion is only valid for new medical patients without insurance that has tested positive for an STI at Care Resource. Patients who receive a medical referral for potential STI symptoms from Health Promotion staff may also qualify to receive an STI visit voucher. Patients must register with Care Resource and provide the voucher at the time of appointment. The usage of this voucher is considered an acknowledgment by the patient that they are uninsured. Offer has no cash value. Limited quantity and on a first-come, first-served basis. Promotion is subject to change or termination at any time, without notice.
