Biography
Karin Sabey has more than 25 years of experience leading operations in both nonprofit and healthcare organizations in Canada and the US. She joined Care Resource in September 2025.
Her passion for the work is deeply rooted in her commitment to ensuring all people and communities have access to high quality care and services. Karin believes that change is an opportunity to enhance efficiency, as well as the employee and customer experience. She draws upon a variety of modalities to improve processes and transform operations, including Lean Six Sigma (blackbelt certified).
Originally from Alberta, Canada, Karin has lived and worked in the US for more than 20 years. Her favorite things include traveling with her husband, the mountains, coffee, reading and her dog.
