Medicaid Benefit Update
The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) is contacting certain Medicaid recipients whose citizenship or immigration status could not be verified through available records. If you received a notice from DCF requesting documentation, you must respond by September 30, 2026, to avoid a possible loss of Medicaid coverage.
If you received a notice from DCF:
- Read the notice carefully.
- Submit the requested documents as soon as possible.
- Do not wait until the deadline
If you are unsure whether this requirement applies to you, contact DCF, login to your MyACCESS account, or reach out to your Medicaid care coordinator immediately.
