Biography
Douglas Steele is an experienced nursing leader dedicated to advancing high-quality, patient-centered care across Care Resource. As Associate Chief of Nursing, he helps lead clinical nursing operations while supporting initiatives that improve care coordination, health outcomes, and the overall patient experience.
His work focuses on nursing excellence, value-based care, and health promotion strategies that support preventive care and long-term wellness. Douglas earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Duke University, bringing a strong foundation in healthcare leadership to his role.
Douglas believes that optimal patient outcomes are achieved through a collaborative, patient-directed approach. Working alongside Care Resource’s skilled providers and staff, he is committed to fostering clinical excellence and ensuring patients receive comprehensive, accessible, and compassionate care.
