Biography
Dr. Beverly Bowen was born in a suburb outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was raised in Palm Beach County, Florida.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, majoring in Human Nutrition. After her four years in Gainesville, she returned to Pennsylvania to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
To further enhance her clinical skills and expand her knowledge in treating medically complex patients, Dr. Bowen completed a general practice residency program through the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System.
Dr. Bowen returned to Florida, where she discovered her passion for treating underserved communities. She is committed to providing the highest quality dental care through comprehensive, evidence-based practices, and strives to ensure that every patient feels heard and is well-informed about their individualized treatment plan.
Dr. Bowen is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Dental Honorary Society and the American Dental Association.
In her free time, Dr. Bowen enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. She also has a dog named Otto, who keeps her busy!
