Biography
Mrs. Perry was born in Freeport Grand Bahamas and is of Haitian descent. Her professional career at Care Resource began in May 2001 as a Medical Case Manager, whereby providing excellent managed care to her clients, she later was promoted to Case Management Services Supervisor. Having excelled as her role managing the Case Management Department, she then transition over to the Medical Care & Research Services Department under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assisted in the expansion and realization of the agency vision for the future of the department.
In 2010, Mrs. Perry was again promoted as the Director of Medical and Dental Services overseeing the medical and dental programs in both counties (Miami-Dade & Broward). Mrs. Perry was instrumental in the agency’s continued growth adding a third location (Miami Beach), attaining FQHC designation and attaining Joint Commission and PMCH designation. With the expansion of the Health Center (services and location), Mrs. Perry now oversees dental operations as the Director of Dental Care Services.
Mrs. Perry received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from Florida State University (1998) and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Florida International University (2006) and is highly active and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. serving on the Executive Board of her chapter.
