Ausline Perry, MS, Director of Dental Care Operations

Biography

Ausline Paris Perry began her career at Care Resource in 2001 as a Medical Case Manager and has served in several leadership roles throughout her tenure with the organization. In 2010, she was promoted to Director of Medical and Dental Services, overseeing programs across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Perry has been instrumental in Care Resource’s growth, including the expansion to its Miami Beach location, achieving Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) designation, and earning Joint Commission and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition.

Today, as Director of Dental Operations, she oversees the organization’s dental operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered oral healthcare throughout South Florida.

Mrs. Perry holds a bachelor’s degree in social science from Florida State University and a master’s degree in human resource development from Florida International University. She is also an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, serving on the Executive Board for both her chapter and the State of Florida.
