Andres Christie serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the health center’s Human Resources, Training & Development, Contracting & Credentialing, and Administration teams. As a strategic leader with a strong commitment to organizational excellence, he plays a pivotal role in shaping Care Resource’s workforce, enhancing professional development, and ensuring compliance in credentialing and contracting processes.
Originally from Bolivia, Andres has dedicated his career to the non-profit and community service sectors since 2007, leveraging his extensive hands-on experience in social services to drive meaningful impact. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Florida International University. His expertise in HR leadership, talent development, and operational efficiency continues to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
