Helping South Florida Choose Health Insurance that Best Meets their Needs
As of November 1, one can enroll in or change their 2018 Marketplace health insurance.
The 2018 Affordable Care Act (ACA) Open Enrollment Period began on November 1 and will continue until December 15. Open enrollment is the window during which eligible individuals can enroll in a group health insurance plan or change their existing coverage.
This is a shorter enrollment period than previous years, so it is important to act quickly. If you do not act by December 15, one cannot receive 2018 coverage unless they qualify for a Special Enrollment Period that begins December 16, 2017.
