Biography
Robert J. Chavez Director of Data at Care Resource is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in data strategy, clinical operations, and business intelligence.
As Director of Data, he leads enterprise-wide data initiatives that drive quality improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
His work empowers leadership with actionable insights that enhance patient care and organizational performance.
Prior to this role, Robert held senior leadership positions at the University of Miami Health System, including Executive Director of Business Planning and Analytics and Executive Director of Business Intelligence.
There, he developed and implemented data-driven strategies that aligned business units, improved clinical outcomes, and supported long-term planning.
Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Chemistry from the University of Miami and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
He is a certified healthcare administrator and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
A dedicated husband and father of five, Robert is also passionate about mentoring future healthcare leaders.
