Yanet Samad serves as the Director of Information Services at Care Resource, where she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT strategy, systems, infrastructure, and security.
In this role, she leads a team of IT professionals focused on optimizing technology systems, ensuring security, and aligning IT initiatives with the company’s business objectives to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Having been with Care Resource since 2015, Yanet has over a decade of experience within the organization. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in information systems, Network and Cybersecurity, with her master’s degree focused on Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
Additionally, she actively holds more than 15 top industry certifications, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of the IT field.
Yanet brings extensive expertise in information/systems security, network management, and infrastructure oversight, with a proven ability to implement technology solutions that improve system performance and align with organizational goals.
Before assuming her current position, Yanet gained a wealth of experience managing IT systems and infrastructures and developing strategic technology frameworks that enhance security, efficiency, and resilience.
Her leadership is key to ensuring that Care Resource’s technology systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with its long-term objectives.
