The Health Connection is a monthly digital series covering relevant issues for all. While focusing on topics that disproportionately affect specific communities, the show provides information on how patients can have their healthcare needs met at Care Resource and through community partners and organizations.

Each episode, approximately half hour in length, addresses the social determinants of health that patients experience. The show features guests and representatives from partner organizations along with Care Resource’s own medical and behavioral health providers.

The Health Connection expands access to quality information from healthcare professionals. Expanding the health literacy of our community improves the ability of people to act on information and to live healthier lives.

The series encourages patients and our community members to take control of their well-being and begin a line of communication with medical providers.
