MIAMI, FL. – Care Resource Community Health Centers, Inc. has been announced as a 2018 National Quality Leader awardee that exceeds national clinical quality benchmarks (including Healthy People 2020 goals) for chronic disease management, preventive care, or perinatal/prenatal care.
This achievement award is a testament to the health center’s commitment to improving the overall quality, efficiency, and value of health care services. These awards are given to the highest performing health centers nationwide as well as those health centers that have made significant quality improvement gains from the previous year.
Care Resource continues to take health care far beyond its usual definition. The Health Center provides comprehensive preventive services and screenings, and a range of social support services to address the needs of the community’s pediatric, adolescent and adult populations with approaches that attend to the whole health needs of patients – both physical and psycho-social.
