Biography
After joining Care Resource in 2015 as a Credentialing Assistant, Cameron Gray quickly demonstrated his dedication to improving the quality of life for the South Florida community.
Now serving as Care Resource’s Director of Contracts and Program Development, Cameron draws on over a decade of expertise in program development, contract management, and grant administration to secure funding, streamline processes, and implement impactful health programs.
Under his leadership, the organization has achieved substantial growth in grant revenue, expanded its program portfolio, and enhanced operational efficiency.
Cameron graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master of Health Services Administration in 2015. He brings a data-driven and collaborative approach to advancing Care Resource’s mission through innovative strategies and effective contract management.
Outside of work, Cameron is a proud father of three and an avid Green Bay Packers fan. His passion for family and football reflects his dedication to teamwork, perseverance, and fostering meaningful connections—values he carries into every aspect of his professional life.
