I need specialized care. Can Care Resource help?

Care Resource provides routine adult and pediatric care and select specialty services, including LGBTQ+ care. When additional specialty care is needed, our team helps coordinate referrals. For referral-related questions, contact our Referrals Department at 305-576-1234 ext. 605.
