Do you take my insurance?

Care Resource Pharmacy accepts most insurance plans. You can find a full list of accepted pharmacy insurance plans here or by calling 786-607-1040

How much will my prescription cost?

To get your exact copay price, please contact your insurance provider, as they determine the prices. You can also transfer your prescriptions to Care Resource Pharmacy. Once transferred, we’ll work with your insurance provider to obtain your copay price.

What information do I need to give to my prescriber?

Your prescriber can send us your prescriptions electronically (E-Scribe) or by fax to:

How do I transfer my prescription?

There are two ways to send us prescriptions:

Ask your prescriber to send your prescriptions here (fastest option)
Contact your current pharmacy that has your prescription to request a transfer or fill out our prescription transfer request form .

Where does Care Resource deliver and how fast?

We deliver to physical addresses in the state of Florida. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Prescriptions are reviewed and verified by a pharmacist prior to shipping. Once verified, orders are shipped for same-day or next-day delivery.

Who is Care Resource?

Care Resource is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with five (5) locations located in Midtown Miami, Little Havana, Miami Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. We provide compassionate, competent, and committed healthcare and support services to address the full health care needs of our pediatric, adolescent and adult populations.
