Client Advisory Board

Description: : The purpose of Care Resource’s Client Advisory Board (CAB) is to provide an opportunity for client feedback on shared experiences, gain greater insight into the health center’s programs and services, engage with others on healthcare-related matters, and further develop skills and relationships to serve as an effective healthcare advocate.
Date/Time: Quarterly every 3 months, meeting times vary

Community Engagement Group

Community Engagement Group

Description: The Community Engagement Group is a peer-led youth group for gay and bisexual men who are committed to supporting and empowering members to make healthy choices by connecting them to local resources and offering education related to a variety of health, wellness, and social topics. The group develops education activities and awareness events for their communities, often in conjunction with local organizations and health observances, on a wide variety of health issues, including workshops on relevant health topics such as sexual health and prevention, sexual violence, alcohol and other drugs, stress relief and more.
