Retirement Benefits – Care Resource offers a robust 401(k) retirement plan to support your financial future. Employees are eligible to participate after meeting service requirements, with contributions matched at 50% up to 6% of eligible compensation and an additional 2% profit-sharing contribution. You can contribute up to the IRS limit, roll over funds from other plans, and enjoy immediate 100% vesting on employee contributions, rollovers, and Roth 401(k) accounts. Employer contributions follow a vesting schedule, ensuring long-term benefits for your retirement.

Comprehensive Medical Plans – Care Resource offers three medical plan options to suit different needs, all with $0 deductibles for in-network care. Employees enjoy first-dollar coverage for primary care, urgent care, specialist visits, and prescriptions. Virtual care options and support from a dedicated care navigator are also included.

Comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy – Care Resource offers a generous and tiered paid time off policy to support employee well-being and work-life balance. PTO begins accruing from the first day of employment and becomes available for use after a 90-day probation period is completed. Employees are encouraged to use PTO as a wellness benefit year-round with a maximum of two consecutive weeks allowed at a time. Full-time employees accrue 20 working days annually during their first three years of service, 25 days from years four through ten, 30 days from years eleven through twenty, and 35 days beginning in their twenty-first year. Additionally, Care Resource observes approximately 11 paid holidays annually to further support time for rest and connection with loved ones.
