United 4 Care (U4C) Health Fair is a fun, free community event where families can enjoy health and wellness screenings, get help understanding health insurance options, connect with local resources, and much more! Our health centers also offer these services year-round, providing care for everyone, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
