Biography
Lyndsey received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and is a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern.
Prior to joining Care Resource, Lyndsey was at a non-profit Opioid Addictions Treatment Center providing services to clients seeking medication-assisted treatment. Lyndsey also has experience working in private practice providing therapy to a diverse client base. She has counseled individuals on addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and codependency amongst other needs.
Lyndsey’s approach to mental health services is client-centered and strength-based utilizing CBT and Motivational Interviewing in session. Lyndsey focuses on providing a welcoming, calm, and comfortable environment for which clients can come in and feel at ease while working on the changes they desire.
