Biography
Katherine Hernandez has been a Family nurse practitioner for 3 years and sees patients full-time at Care Resource Community Health Center.
“As a family nurse practitioner, I have been trained to treat the whole family, from infancy to the elderly.” She has a Masters in Nursing in Informatics, leadership, and Education with a post masters as an FNP.
Katherine began her nursing career 9 years ago at Memorial Hospital on the Medical Surgical floor, RN Traveling, Disease management, Quality/Risk, and Director of Nursing for Community Health.
She has 2 boys and family family-oriented. She enjoys wellness by practicing healthy habits daily to attain better physical and mental health outcomes so that instead of just surviving, she is thriving. “My passion is to focus on the special needs of the patients.”
