Care Resource provides client-centered linkage to care services to anyone who is newly diagnosed with HIV, previously diagnosed and recently relocated or trying to enter our network of health centers, or has dropped out of HIV care for any reason. Our specially trained staff will help mobilize individual strengths to ensure you or your loved one reconnects to life-saving care.
