On Monday, January 22, 2018 at the monthly Talkin’ T meeting, Care Resource and TansSocial, Inc. will host an interactive workshop titled “Goal Setting and Keeping Your New Year’s Resolution.” This presentation will be led by Elizabeth “Coach Kitty” Davis from Moving Forward Wellness. The event will take place from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at 3160 NW 9th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale.

The Coaching Programs through Moving Forward Wellness offer an open, non-judgmental atmosphere to provide the support needed in order to find the answers that work best for each individual. Coach Kitty uses compassion, humor, and lived experience in her practice. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a background in social justice work, community organizing, sales, marketing, and entertainment.

Care Resource hosts and supports this type of programming, and Talkin’ T, because we are dedicated in providing affirming, expert care to the transgender and gender-nonconforming community. Our providers adhere to the Standards of Care provided by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). We also collaborate with community organizations that specialize in support services for transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals, so that they may continue to align themselves with their true gender identities.
