Biography
Dr. Ferder graduated from the University of Maimonides, Fac De Cien Med, Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2001 and is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine specializing in the regular care of children, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of illness in children.
Moreover, Dr. Ferder completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Elmhurst, NY and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), an organization committed to the optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.
According to Dr. Ferder, “I came from a family of physicians. In fact, my Mother, father and sister, and brother-in-law are physicians as well. I have been practicing Pediatrics for 9 years. I went to medical school to help people and I believe it is important to build bonds with both patients and their families. I firmly believe in treating the WHOLE person and that patients receiving my care are not just a number.”
Dr. Ferder is excited to be part of the Care Resource family where she can improve in the overall health of our community children.
