Biography

Gloria Cabral started her career in Nutrition and Dietetics in Venezuela at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. She then transferred to Miami and graduated from Florida International University.

Gloria completed her Clinical Nutrition Internship in Palmetto General Hospital and her Community Nutrition and Foodservice Internship with the Miami Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. Gloria is a Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Dietetics and Nutrition and a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in the state of Florida.

She has working experience in both clinical and outpatient settings with both adult and pediatric population. Gloria speaks English and Spanish.
