A NEW ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR) SYSTEM THAT FURTHER IMPROVES ALL ASPECTS OF PATIENT CARE
Care Resource is committed to providing each of our patients with the highest quality of care in a timely and respectful manner. In continuing to meet this promise, the health center is now implementing a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. We ask for your patience if you experience occasional slowdowns during your visit at our health centers in the next few weeks. This initial delay simply means that our dedicated team is becoming accustomed to the new features of the system and making sure your information is being processed correctly. Soon, the system will be used at full speed, and you can expect the following benefits:

  • Increased efficiency during your appointments resulting in shorter and more productive visits
  • A more paperless environment
  • Overall increased quality and coordination of your care
  • For the time being, patient portal users will notice that prescription refills, appointment requests, payments and provider communications are temporarily unavailable online. However, one can still access their account to view or retrieve information, and reach out to us directly at 305-576-1234 regarding other needs.
     
    We are working diligently to restore the full functionalities of our online patient portal so that it can be easier-to-navigate. As implementation continues, we thank you for your understanding and patience. We are excited to work on improving your healthcare experience!
