We ask for your patience if you experience occasional slowdowns during your visit at our health centers in the next few weeks.
This initial delay simply means that our dedicated team is becoming accustomed to the new features of the system and making sure your information is being processed correctly. Soon, the system will be used at full speed, and you can expect the following benefits:

For the time being, patient portal users will notice that prescription refills, appointment requests, payments, and provider communications are temporarily unavailable online. However, one can still access their account to view or retrieve information and reach out to us directly at 305-576-1234 regarding other needs.
